Bright yellow fields of faces lifted to the sky and a hazy sunset create a scene where one is not overpowered by the other. It’s like a perfect song.

Sunflowers and the color yellow are the official symbol of Sarcoma cancer, as a reminder to those affected that there is hope for a brighter future.
Sarcoma is a cancer I am currently battling.
What is sarcoma you might ask?
“Cancer begins when healthy cells change and grow out of control, forming a mass called a tumor. A tumor can be cancerous or benign. A cancerous tumor is malignant, meaning it can grow and spread to other parts of the body. A benign tumor means the tumor can grow and invade nearby structures but will not spread.” -sarcomaalliance.org
